Domestic technologies: old and new ways of doing

Resumo

A idéia central deste texto é refletir sobre o lugar ocupado pelas tecnologias dirigidas aos afazeres domésticos no cotidiano, a partir principalmente do período pós-Guerra, buscando entender o que mudou, no fazer doméstico, como a própria cultura foi sendo reconstruída a partir de inovações disponibilizadas.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to think about the place of housekeeping in daily life, mainly after World War II, trying to understand what have changed in it, and how culture itself was rebuilt with the new products that were developed.
