A utilização de metodologias estruturadas combinadas com sistemas CAD para geração de fonnas complexas constituem os meios mais eficazes de desenvolvimento do Design Industrial nos dias atuais, devendo se constituírem nas principais diretrizes do processo de aperfeiçoamento e atualização do ensino de Design Industrial no Brasil.

Abstract
The use of structured methodologies combined with systems CAD for generation of complex shapes constitute the most effective ways for the development ofthe Industrial Design in the current days, owing be constituted the main guidelines in the process ofimprovement and modernization ofthe teaching of Industrial Design in Brazil.
