Eco-Design and Similar Designations: differences and approachs

Abstract

Lately, we have seen the growth of environmental awareness and therefore the increasing practice among designers o f including environmental parameters in the project stage o f a product, in search of reducing the various impacts o f this product on the environment. This recent practice is known by many terms. This article will, through a bibliographic survey on the subject, analyse the diversity of the found designations and contribute the use among designers of tne term eco-design.
