This work, of an exploratory nature, presents a conceptual product-service system (PSS) for the civil construction sector, developed using design tools such as mind map, SWOT analysis, Service Blueprint and System Map, with the objective to encourage the reuse of construction and demolition materials, avoiding their inappropriate disposal. It is understood that the proposed PSS model, while conceptual, demonstrates significant potential to transform the construction sector towards more sustainable practices, requiring interconnection between the population, public and private sectors for its effective functioning. Este trabalho, de caráter exploratório, apresenta um sistema produto-serviço (PSS) conceitual para o setor de construção civil, elaborado a partir do uso de ferramentas de design como mapa mental, análise SWOT, Blueprint de serviço e System Map, com o objetivo de incentivar o reuso de materiais de construção e demolição, evitando seu descarte inadequado. Compreende-se que o modelo PSS proposto, enquanto conceitual, demonstra um potencial significativo para transformar o setor de construção em direção a práticas mais sustentáveis, exigindo a interconexão entre população, setor público e privado para seu funcionamento eficaz.
