The acceptance and success this kind of product is not only directly linked to ergonomics comfort but also subjective issues like emotional and hedonic aspects. In this study had be intended to show how UX methods could be complementary in usability evaluation. In this paper it ́ll be demonstrated the knowledge transfer from Usability and UX evaluations that had been used in areas from psychologies, Interaction Design as well software development area, to product design, scientifically. Busca-se apresentar a utilização de métodos de UX ou Experiência do Usuário como um complemento as avaliações de usabilidade, pelos quais conceitos teóricos, médotos de design de produtos e validação da experiência do usuário sejam em vários pontos diversos.
