Through the codesign process of a product-service system (PSS) aligned with the approaches of participatory design and design anthropology, the research in question seeks to reflect on how the dematerialization of design contributes to the continuity of this know-how, by analyzing the narratives throughout the design of the PSS aimed at community-based tourism.
