This space shelves documents for years and provides access to the population, generating a service provided to a particular community. The service provided is the focus of this study, with the objective of improving the design of services in a Public Library from a User-Centered Design approach. An applied research was developed, with qualitative approach, exploratory objectives and analytical methods.
