Também se buscou verificar qual estilo de ilustração agradava mais aos prováveis usuários: pictórico, cartoon ou realista. Este é um artigo empírico gerado a partir dos resultados de entrevistas qualitativas individuais com pessoas sem nível universitário. Por fim constatou-se a associação entre texto e imagem como a melhor forma de comunicar.
