Initially the research comprised the bibliographic review, in order to better ground the question to be explored. Subsequently, a case study was conducted in a beauty salon in the eastern region of Belo Horizonte, in order to observe the attributes of the services provided and how these can be tangibilities in the environment. It is hoped that the results of this work can contribute to the understanding of which environments influence the evaluation of the services rendered, increasing the satisfaction of the user and therefore, in the success of the enterprise.
