This study aims to present a Systematic Literature Review, which seeks to understand the effective practice of the home office in the context of ergonomics and neuroscience applied to design. Six questions were raised which gave rise to different strings or search terms, which were searched in the Scielo, Scopus and CAPES periodical databases, in Portuguese and English, with the time frame from 2018 to 2023. Assim, o estudo visa apresentar uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL), que busca o entendimento da prática efetiva do home office no contexto da ergonomia e da neurociência aplicada ao design. Foram levantadas seis perguntas que originaram diferentes strings ou termos de busca, que foram pesquisados nas bases de dados Scielo, Scopus e CAPES periódicos, nos idiomas português e inglês, com o recorte temporal de 2018 a 2023.
