This courseware, based on the five basic emotions - joy, fear, anger, sadness and disgust - defined by Paul Ekman (2003), aims to promote a fun and interactive experience that encourages students to better understand their own emotions and the emotions of their colleagues, thus increasing their empathic, cognitive and emotional level.
