It is an approach considered by some authors inherent to the design that seeks to create new experiences through co-creation value among the stakeholders. Storytelling as a methodology to promote transformative actions is growing in research areas such as service design (SD) and social innovation (SI). This article proposes an investigation of the use of storytelling in the SD and SI processes through an integrative literature review.
