Methodological procedures involved the elaboration of an analytical model of the business proposal journey throughout the project, based on interviews with specialists. Based on the findings, a discussion has evolved around mediating artifacts as boundary objects for the design process, negotiating boundaries amidst heterogeneities, besides identifying relations between the business proposal and other agency artifacts.
