However, as it only deals with quantitative data, it can be considered limited to general aspects of using the software. This article presents the use of SUS (System Usability Scale), now including open questions, to collect data and perform the necessary steps to analyze the information obtained. As an example, the proposal was applied to evaluate educational software, resulting in information about users' perception of its use and what usability problems they encountered.
