Through semi-structured interviews with five collaborators, the study reveals the fundamental pillars for implementing Design-Driven in the organization, including team mobilization, awareness, and engagement. The practical motivations adopted by CESAR are also discussed, such as openness to risk, knowledge in design processes, and team engagement.
