Tourism has become a socio-economic development strategy leveraging travel around the world. In rural tourism, determining factors are the presence of attractions that value the environment. However, if these attractions are not identified and scripted, they check the success of the destination and the security of the user. The objective of this article is to identify the contribution of design management to the creation of tourist itineraries as a guideline for the structuring of the tourism offer for family agriculture. The article is of applied nature, exploratory objective, qualitative approach with bibliographical survey in multicaso study. The results indicate that the properties have an average of 6.5 years; there is diversification in the production system; the human and landscape activities and the road system of the properties allow the implementation of the route of delights and bicycle touring and that one of the contributions of Design Management is the promotion and integration of the tourism production chain.
