Resumo
Este artigo aborda os principais conceitos sobre o Ecodesign, aplicados na utilização do bambu como material integrante na manufatura de móveis em série. Além disso, o artigo enaltece as principais vantagens da utilização de materiais que possuem base molecular biodregadável, ou seja, materiais que podem ser decompostos pela natureza, ao final de sua vida útil.

Abstract
This paper contains the principals' concepts about Ecodesign, which are applied on the bamboo's utilization as an integrated material in the manufacturing of furniture. Besides, the paper exalts the principals advantages of the use of materials that hold molecular biodegrade basis, it means, materials that can be decomposed by nature, at the end of life.
