Durante 2011 realizamos uma pesquisa em que utilizamos o design e a etnografia como instrumentos para auxiliar na gestão destes cenários. Vivi integralmente em uma moradia; apliquei uma série de oficinas de design com equipes multidisciplinares lá formadas; identificamos problemas, criamos alternativas, avaliamos e implementamos soluções. One of its most serious effects is the vast numbers of families who lose their homes and go to temporary shelters. These places have a lot of problems. During 2011 we conducted a study that used the design and the ethnography as tools to assist these scenarios. We lived in a temporary shelter, and applied a series of design workshops with multidisciplinary teams formed there; we identify problems, create alternatives, evaluate and implement solutions.
