Resumo

Este artigo apresenta os resultados parciais de uma dissertação que investigou a colaboração através de ambientes imersivos utilizando como interface de entrada hardwares hápticos. Para construção do conteúdo foram efetuadas quatro revisões bibliográficas sistemáticas e uma pesquisa-ação qualitativa com seis especialistas em háptica e/ou colaboração em ambientes virtuais, como também foram analisadas as normativas ISO9241-910 e ISO9241-920. Os resultados expostos apresentam estudos indexados a diferentes bancos de dados. As informações identificadas contemplam lacunas que ainda não foram suficientemente exploradas para o desenvolvimento colaborativo em groupware, assim como características que podem ser implementadas por desenvolvedores futuros de interfaces groupware. Discute-se estado de desenvolvimento de práticas colaborativa com base em hardwares hápticos e aponta-se para a necessidade de identificação de tecnologias e práticas que possam contribuir para o design colaborativo.

Abstract

This paper presents partial results of a dissertation that investigated the collaboration through immersive environments using as haptic input interface hardware. For the construction of the content four systematic literature review and a qualitative action research with six experts in haptic and / or collaboration in virtual environments have been made, such as ISO9241-910 and ISO9241-920 regulations were also analyzed. The results presented show indexed databases for different studies. The information gaps identified include that have not been sufficiently explored for collaborative groupware development, as well as features that can be implemented by future developers of groupware interfaces. It discusses the state of development of collaborative practices based on haptic hardware and it is pointed out to the need to identify technologies and practices that can contribute to collaborative design.
