Resumo
O presente artigo faz uma analise da bandeja de praça de alimentação de shoppings centers e observa a interface com as mãos dos usuários e alguns problemas que são causados com o seu manuseio. O foco principal dessa analise é fazer o Redesign dessa bandeja eliminando os problemas encontrados e deixando-a ergonomicamente correta, mas com as mesmas medidas e funções de antigamente.

Abstract
This article is an analysis of the tray food court of shopping centers and observes the interface with the users' hands and some problems that are caused with its handling. The main focus of this review is to make the Redesign of the tray eliminating the problems found and leaving it ergonomically correct, but with the same measures and functions of the past.
