Resumo

Este artigo se debruça na pesquisa sistemática das publicações de artigos, papers e journals sobre métodos ergonômicos escolhidos na aferição de usabilidade de plataformas web mais utilizados nos últimos seis anos. Com objetivo de levantar os mais diferentes tipos de avaliação, das experimentais até as não experimentais. Pesquisando como a evolução dos métodos, que foram elaborados no começo das interações entre humano e computador, tem se adaptado após mais de vinte anos de transformação. A fundamentação teórica da pesquisa percorre o caminho dos métodos ergonômicos de cognição e comportamentos, das interações humano computador e da usabilidade e sua mensuração.

Abstract

This article focuses on the systematic research of publications of articles, papers and journals on ergonomic methods chosen in the usability assessment of web platforms most used in the last six years. In order to raise the most different types of evaluation, from experimental to non-experimental. Researching how the evolution of methods, which were elaborated at the beginning of human-computer interactions, has adapted after more than twenty years of transformation. The theoretical basis of the research traces the path of ergonomic methods of cognition and behaviors, human computer interactions and usability and their measurement
