Discutindo as questões do design de painéis de mensagens variáveis

Discussing about the design of changeable message signs

Abstract

This paper intends to present and discuss some issues related to the changeable message signs. These equipments have been studied by the transport engineers researchewres for a while. Nevertheless, there are just a few references in the literature that presents the questions related to its design, like shape, message, colours. We try to show this point of view.
