Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar ferramentas de cocriação, advindas do Design Participativo na exposição "Imaginando Mulheres Mil do futuro". Apresentamos a exposição, como resultado da edição 2023/2024do Programa Mulheres Mil, tendo como iniciativa, proporcionar um ambiente acolhedor e protagonismo para as alunas, incentivando sua voz, vez e decisão. A metodologia está baseada na pesquisa-ação, sob o ponto de vista de processos coletivos e está pautada na observação direta do cotidiano das alunas, a partir das etapas: i) revisão da literatura; ii) entrevistas semiestruturadas; iii) criação da identidade; iv) oficina de carimbos; v) organização e apresentação da exposição. A discussão foi inferida segundo a análise conteúdo Bardin (2011), composto por três etapas: pré-análise; exploração do material; e tratamento dos resultados. Como resultados, apresentamos uma reflexão sobre visões e desafios enfrentados, assim como a adoção de ações que empregam ferramentas de Design Participativo para impulsionar a inovação social.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to present co-creation tools, arising from Participatory Design in the exhibition "Imagining Thousand Women of the Future". We present the exhibition, as a result of the 2023/2024 edition of the Thousand Women Program, with the initiative to provide a welcoming environment and protagonism for students, encouraging their voice, turn and decision. The methodology is based on action research, from the point of view of collective processes and is based on direct observation of the students' daily lives, based on the steps: i) literature review; ii) semi-structured interviews; iii)identity creation; iv) stamp workshop; v) organization and presentation of the exhibition. The discussion was inferred according to Bardin content analysis (2011), consisting of three steps: pre-analysis; material exploration; and treatment of results. As results, we present a reflection on the visions and challenges faced, as well as the adoption of actions that employ Participatory Design tools to promote social innovation.
