The present study aims to broaden the understanding of the relationship between the environment and the service, that is, it seeks to verify how the attributes of the services provided can be represented tangibly in the commercial environment. Initially the research comprised the bibliographic review, in order to better ground the question to be explored. Subsequently, a case study was conducted in a beauty salon in the eastern region of Belo Horizonte, in order to observe the attributes of the services provided and how these can be tangibilities in the environment. It is hoped that the results of this work can contribute to the understanding of which environments influence the evaluation of the services rendered, increasing the satisfaction of the user and therefore, in the success of the enterprise. In addition, it is believed that this work may be the principle of a rationale for designing design environments in commercial.
