Resumo
O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar uma proposta de abordagem de um novo projeto cinematográfico que converge para o design e redefine sua função na produção audiovisual: o Documentário Animado. Um produto híbrido que envolve a teoria do cinema, do documentário e da animação (pesquisada pelo Design). Além de levantar debates antigos sobre tecnologia, representação e realismo.

Abstract
The objective of this article is to present a proposal for a new approach to project film that converges to design and redefines its role in audiovisual production: the animated documentary. This is a hybrid product that involves film, documentary and animation theories (researched by the Design standpoint). Besides it raises old debates about technology, representation and realism.
